Stelter & Brinck, Ltd. gun style heaters are completely packaged with combustion blowers, air heat burners, and controls. These heaters offer the utmost in customer convenience with total prewired and prepiped assembly.

Gun style heaters are designed to be easy to use and install, among the features offered are:

• Structural steel skid mounted assembly.
• Integral control panel with annunciator, PID digital temperature control, FM approved high temperature limit, flame safety relay, main power disconnect, control transformer, and combustion blower motor starter.
• Optional remote control interface capability for use with PLC or DCS systems available.
• FM/NFPA or IRI construction standard.
• Insulated combustion chamber.
• Test fired and tuned prior to shipment.

Stelter & Brinck gun style heaters are designed to provide unmatched performance in direct fired air heating. AHGS heaters are solidly built for years of great performance. Gun style heaters are a product of more than 40 years of industrial combustion experience and feature:

• Standard energy turndown of 30:1 on gaseous fuels.
• Process air temperatures of 2500°F.
• Fully proportional process air temperature control.
• Can be provided to fire on natural gas, propane gas, mixed fuel gasses, and light, medium, and heavy oils.

AHGS Series

AHG units are ideal for those processes that require larger mass flows, higher temperatures, fuel oil operation or any combination thereof. The arrangement of the AHG makes it ideal for low oxygen or dirty air streams. The AHG unit is available with a gas only, oil only, or combination gas/oil burner.

AHGS-G: Single Pass Gun Style Air Heater - Gas Fired
Stelter & Brinck, Ltd. AHGS-G single pass gun style heaters are designed for use with gaseous fuels. Our AHGS-G heaters feature a refractory lined shell with or without an inner liner depending on the process requirements.

AHGS-O and AHGS-CGO: Single Pass Gun Style Air Heater - Oil Fired - Combustion and Oil Fired
Stelter & Brinck, Ltd. AHGS-O single pass gun style heaters are designed for use with light, medium, or heavy fuel oils. Our AHGS-O heaters feature a ceramic fiber refractory lined shell with an inner liner or a castable refractory lined shell depending on the process requirements.
